Waiting for the Auction to close can be stressful. If you want to buy an item before anyone else can outbid you please submit a bid that is At or Above the Buy It Now price. Accelevents will request your payment right then and once processed the item will be closed for future bidding.

What Happens When the Auction Closes?

The auction will close at 7:15 pm on August 21st. If a bid is placed on an item with less than 3 minutes left, the auction for that item is extended by 3 minutes to allow for more bidding. Once the item goes 3 minutes without a new bid the auction will close. If you are a winning bidder on an item you will be sent an email and text message with congratulations. Within this message will be a link to process payment for your item(s) OR if you wish you may pay with cash or check when picking up your item from the Parent Aid office.

Winning Bidder Item Pick-Up

All Winning Bidders can pick up their items at the Parent Aid Office on:

• Monday August 23^rd from noon to 6 pm
• Tuesday August 24^th from 8 am to 1 pm
• Wednesday August 25^th from 9 am to 5pm
• Saturday August 28^th from 9am to noon
• Or by appointment
