As we look forward to an exciting year in 2025, your membership and participation is critical to support WGBI’s work to support the education and careers of women in the industry. 

Our goals for 2025 include creating even more opportunities for you to participate as we continue to build on the successful initial years of WGBI. You may have seen, for instance, that we recently launched the first regional chapter of WGBI in Latin America! We also have numerous in-person networking receptions planned at battery conferences around the globe and virtual educational opportunities through our webinars.
