Q: When will the Travel Trends Summit take place?
A: All tickets provides access to the main two-day event, which will be held virtually on Wednesday, February 21 and Thursday, February 22, 2024.
Q: What time zone will the event take place?
A: The event will take place in EST. We want to ensure that participants from around the world can join us, and we're excited to create a truly global experience.
Q: How will I receive my ticket?
A: Digital tickets and receipts will be sent to the email address on your order. If you have not received your ticket within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us. Your ticket will include a link to login to access the event.
Q: What happens if the event is cancelled?
In the unlikely situation that the event is cancelled due to any reasons within the control of Travel Trends, the full ticket price and taxes will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Q. What happens if I miss a session?
A: We will be recording all the sessions, so if you miss a session, the recordings will be available at a later date.
Q: What currency are the ticket prices in?
A: All ticket prices are in USD.
Q: I'm a student. Do you have any special-priced tickets for students to attend?
A: We definitely do! Please reach out to us and we'll be happy to set your class with a discounted ticket.
Q: What is the refund policy on ticket purchases?
A: Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another attendee by logging into your Accelevents account and updating the attendee profile to the person taking over your spot. If you are not able to transfer the ticket to another attendee, please contact us and we will do so for a $25 USD admin fee. As registration will be done based on the attendee’s name, please contact us before the event if you wish to update the name on your ticket.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of attendees for the event?
A: While there is no set limit for attendees, we recommend registering early to secure your spot as access to certain interactive features may be subject to availability.
