Submit a Presentation Proposal
Thank you for your interest in presenting at The 27th Annual Family Cafe. The Annual Family Cafe thrives on the wide range of knowledge, experience, and expertise shared by our presenters, which enables us to offer attendees a selection of breakout sessions that cater to the varied needs and interests of Florida's disability community. Whether you're providing valuable information, leading a hands-on training, or sharing personal stories, your involvement helps make The Annual Family Cafe a valuable and impactful experience for everyone.

All Presentation Proposals are due by January 10.
Applicants will be notified of the status of their proposal by January 31.
Presentation Proposal Details
Please provide the name and contact information for the Primary Presenter. All correspondence from The Family Cafe will be sent to this individual.
The Presentation Proposal form should be filled out exactly as you would like it to appear in the event program. Please note that this applies to all contact information and the presentation synopsis.
Please limit both the presentation synopsis and the description of your expertise to between 75 and 100 words.
Presenters are welcome to submit multiple Presentation Proposals. However, please note that no individual can deliver more than three total presentations as presenter or co-presenter at the event.
