Thank you for your interest in The Family Cafe's Book Fair. This program provides free exhibit space to authors with disabilities and authors who have written books about issues affecting the disability community. Space in this program is limited.

All Book Fair applications are due by May 1.

Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status by May 16.

Each exhibit space includes a 10' x 10' area furnished with one skirted table, two chairs, and pipe and drape.

Please apply for either the Book Fair or Micro-Enterprise program. Only one booth space per household will be considered for free exhibit space.

Participants in the Book Fair may also sell products at their booth. Book-related merchandise is encouraged!

Book Fair participants will have the opportunity to read from their work in the Book Fair area of the Exhibit Hall during the event.

There is no cost for Book Fair exhibit space to participate, however authors and other representatives who are not individuals with disabilities or their family members or caregivers must pay a $250 registration fee.

Failure to notify The Family Cafe of cancellation may disqualify you from receiving Book Fair exhibit space in the future.

Booth assignments are subject to change by The Family Café.

Sharing, assigning, or subletting booth space is prohibited without prior approval.

This form does not serve as attendee registration for The 27th Annual Family Cafe. In order to request Financial Assistance, you must register as an attendee on The Family Cafe's website beginning February 14, 2025.
