Celebrate and Support First Nations Students with OFNTSC!
Each year, the Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation (OFNTSC) is proud to present ten Student Achievement Awards to recognize and support the achievements of exceptional First Nations students.
This includes three Memorial Awards honoring individuals who made an enduring impact on our communities:
- The Derrick Kamanga Memorial Award: For students pursuing engineering in water and wastewater.
- The Robert Olivier Memorial Award: For students specializing in civil, mechanical, chemical, or other engineering fields.
- The Jay Benedict Memorial Award: For students completing studies in architecture or housing.
In addition to these memorial awards, we also present two General Student Achievement Awards to First Nations students pursuing education in environmental sciences, mathematics, or STEM-related fields contributing to First Nations self-reliance.
