Within 30 days from the event we do not offer refunds. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee or another event within 12 months of the event you're currently registered for.
Refunds are not available for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitute in your place.
Please note that the conference program is subject to change including programming cancellations and scheduling. IMPACT Live is not responsible, and refunds will not be provided under these circumstances.
