Dr. Hellman will meet with executive leaders of WA State agencies and organizations to learn how to build the science of hope into policy and practice to reduce burnout and improve outcomes for staff, clients, students and well-beings of communities as a collective.
Dr. Chan Hellman, Director of the Hope Research Center at the University of Oklahoma, will share examples of public agency and court leaders who nurture hope to make statistically significant organizational change - including reducing staff turnover and burnout, and increasing the trust and engagement of people they serve.
Please join Dr. Hellman and other Washington State leaders for this in-person learning experience. You'll leave inspired and equipped with actionable ideas to implement hope in your organization.
