What future is there for international students in Tampere? Should the city develop new initiatives to convince international students not to leave the region after graduation? Is the Finnish language the biggest challenge for international graduates to find a job, or is it legislation and various permits? Is networking the most helpful way to find employment? Do local employers allow you to speak English at work? What does Tampere have to offer?

We asked these questions to current and former students of TAMK University, and the collected answers provided some valuable insights. These results will be presented to and discussed in a panel on Monday, April 4th.  

Eye on Tampere is hosted by Isabella Presnal. The event consists of a panel discussion, interactive entertainment and keynote speeches.
