One out of 10 children in classrooms across the nation is an Emergent Bilingual, according to the National Center for Education Statistics. Since 2010, the number of Emergent Bilingual students has increased by more than half a million. To help educators to support the unique learning needs of this student population, Lexia Learning presents Emergent Bilingual Week.
