With each $25 raffle ticket purchased, you have the opportunity not only to attend an epic basketball game, but to also contribute to saving the lives of mothers and their babies around the world. Your purchase of one ticket will provide life-saving maternal healthcare and education for approximately four mothers and their children for one year!

Raffle Rules and Regulations Curamericas Global, Inc. (The Organization)
The raffle prize is two tickets (Section 5, Row C, Seats 6 and 8) to either:
Notre Dame at Duke Blue Devils Men's Basketball Game Tuesday, February 14, 2023 • 7:00 PM at Cameron Indoor Stadium, Durham, NC.
or
Louisville at Duke Blue Devils Men's Basketball Game Monday, February 20, 2023 • 7:00 PM at Cameron Indoor Stadium, Durham, NC.
After you buy your tickets, be sure to select which "Item" or which game and submit your tickets to that game.
The cost of one raffle ticket is $25. A maximum of 2,000 tickets will be sold. Curamericas reserves the right to determine whether to proceed with the raffle based on the number of tickets sold.
In the event of cancellation, all raffle ticket holders will receive a full refund.
The Raffle ticket price is NOT tax deductible as a contribution to Curamericas Global.
After the winning raffle ticket is selected, Curamericas Global will notify the winning raffle ticket holder and distribute the two tickets electronically to the winner via text message or email on or around February 12, 2023.
The tickets are not redeemable for cash or any other value.
The Organization will comply with all applicable tax requirements, including reporting and withholding requirements.
The winner of the raffle is responsible for all (if any) applicable taxes owed on the tickets with a face value of $275.00 for each ticket.
Curamericas Global will mail applicable tax forms to the winner of the raffle and report the prize to the IRS. Curamericas Global will collect the required withholdings upon the transfer of the tickets to the winner and remit these amounts to the appropriate authorities.
The raffle will begin at 8:00 am ET on Tuesday, January 11, 2023, and will conclude at 11:59 pm ET on Friday, February 10, 2023, or after all 2,000 tickets are sold, whichever occurs first. The drawing will occur on or before the end of business on Monday, February 21, 2022.
The winner does not need to be present to win.
Staff and members of the Board of Directors of Curamericas Global, Inc, along with members of their households, are not eligible to participate.
This raffle is subject to minor changes in the rules and policies noted on this site, to the extent Curamericas deems appropriate. Any such changes will be promptly and conspicuously noted on this site.
