The event will be held, April 7 - 9, 2025 in Tempe, Arizona.
we continue to expand our global presence and expertise to help enable healthier and safer communities Through the consolidation of Clinisys, Sunquest, HORIZON, ApolloLIMS, Atlas, and Promium . The first 1.5 days will be of special interest to Laboratory leaders and executives plus training sessions, and the second half of the conference will be devoted to training sessions.
With returning Clinisys customers in attendance of our third annual CCS, and those that may not have attended a CCS, this event replaces the previously held Sunquest User Group (SUG) annual conference and HORIZON Laboratory Systems Technology Forum.
Employees at Clinisys, details with instructions will be shared (who will be asked to attend the 2025 CCS) in mid-January
Leaders in the field will discuss the future of the laboratory and offer their insights on the industry during the CCS plenary sessions. The event will go on with a full schedule of educational and interactive sessions aimed at helping users make the most of their current Clinisys product usage, along with insightful sessions for handling the various difficulties facing modern laboratory businesses.
Attendees will have the opportunity to attend 9+ hours of Education Sessions and 7+ hours of Demo Sessions.

Registration
Full conference registration costs $1,000 until December 31, 2024, and includes all sessions and meals, Monday evening to Wednesday evening. After December 31, 2024, full conference registration costs $1,200.
A general attendance ticket includes all sessions, and onsite demo stations (General Sessions & over 9+ hours of Education Sessions), meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) Monday Afternoon - Wednesday Afternoon, and activities.
Customer Executive Meetings with Clinisys ELT: LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Hotel
Monday, April 7 to Wednesday, April 9 located at the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU in Tempe, AZ. The room rate is $269/night, plus a $12 destination fee, and 14.07% tax. Room reservations must be made by March 6, 2025.

The nearest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Air and ground transportation arrangements must be made separately.

Got a great story to share or found a novel approach to a common problem? We are now accepting presentation submissions for consideration at the 2025 Clinisys Customer Summit (CCS) to be held in Tempe, Arizona from April 7 to 9, 2025 at the Omni Tempe Hotel at Arizona State University (ASU).
