Back to Business was founded in 2015 by Katie Dunn. Katie is a Cary, NC mom of 4 and a career coach who saw an urgent need to connect the many highly qualified women who are returning to the workforce with employers who value their skills and experience.  This is our 6th return-to-work conference and we can't wait to have you join us!
