Join Community Boating for our Annual Fall Dock Party and Ed Long Regatta.

End your Summer and start Fall on the docks of Community Boating overlooking the Boston skyline and the Charles River at our Fall Dock Party from 6:00pm-9:30pm! We'll have live music by local band War on Alexandria, lawn games, and an open bar featuring beer, wine, and spiked seltzer. We will have a local food vendor, Cravin' Shallot, with food available for purchase.

Ed Long Regatta:

Ed was a lifetime member who dedicated his time at CBI and was instrumental in laying the foundation of our Jib (red) rating and classes. He also spent much of his free time organizing our Friday Night races. In true Ed tradition, racing will feature some infamous courses, like he was known to create. Bribery -- ahem donations during racing may or may not result in speed enhancements or scoring “corrections”. Click here for the NOR

All proceeds go towards our Universal Access and Junior Programs. Our Universal Access Program allows those with any sort of special need, whether it being physical or cognitive, out on the water sailing. While our Junior Program allows children, ages 10-17, in the Greater Boston area to learn how to sail for as low as $1.
