We're not letting 2020 ruin our biggest community event and fundraiser of the year! We've worked long and hard to bring you all your favorite parts of our annual soirée to your home. Dress to the nine, pick up some discounted food and specialty beverages, and settle in for an evening of videos, breakout sessions, community networking, and awards. Not to mention our massive silent auction will be back again in full swing with ~100 items to bid on.
All proceeds from tickets, alcohol, and the silent auction fund our stewardship work! Grab your tickets now and start making plans for a night in, or if the weather's nice, organize a socially-distant backyard gathering with fellow friends and climbers.
HOW TO REGISTER
1. Grab your tickets via the "Register Today" button.
2. Select the type of ticket you want. Community Admission is free and includes access to the virtual event. General Admission is $20 and includes a schwag bag, local food discounts, and a free entry into the $5,000 Neptune giveaway. General admission helps us cover the cost of the event and community admission tickets, so please give if you can!
3. Select your alcohol add-ons! We have Avery specialty brews, Underwood Wine cans, and premade cocktails from Wood's High Mountain Distillery. These will be available to pick up at the Boulder or Louisville Pica's Taqueria locations. Be sure to select the location, and then choose your order so we have your order at the right place. All proceeds from alcohol support the BCC.
4. Enter your info, pay, and complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt.
5. Come back here, click Schedule, and click Register on the breakout session you'd like to attend. You can only choose one, though they will all be recorded and available to view after the event!
5. We will email you periodically leading up to the event with instructions on how to bid on the silent auction when it goes live Nov. 5th, and more detailed pickup instructions for schwag bags and discounted food at Pica's Taqueria.
