Please join us for our 20th annual Golf Tournament at Four Oaks Country Club.

After this past year and a half, it is time to get together! Come out and enjoy complimentary beverages on the course, the famous slush hole, activations around every corner and a 20th Annual Celebration Patio Party on September 10th, 2021!

We are looking forward to celebrating this amazing milestone with you! See you in September!Our Golf Tournament will be the same amazing round of golf you know and love! Join us for a beautiful 18 holes at Four Oaks Country Club for the 20th year of the David K. Johnson Foundation Golf Tournament. With surprises and activations around every corner, you will not want to miss this!To celebrate 20 years, we will be hosting a Patio Party! This post-golf gathering will be full of fun, with live music, food, drinks, games and more! Starting at 6:00 pm, golfers and non-golfers alike are welcome to join us to celebrate 20 years of successful fundraising and finding a cure for Alzheimer's!
