What is the cost of registration?

Regular Registration

Late Registration (effective May 10, 2025)

• $2,000 for Industry
• $650 for Academic Researcher/PI
• $375 Student/Fellow/Trainee/Non-Physician HCP

Onsite Pricing (effective May 24, 2025)

• $2,500 for Industry
• $750 for Academic Researcher/PI
• $400 for Student/Fellow/Trainee/Non-Physician HCP

What is the cost to add-on the Community Conference?

• The Community Conference Add-on is $275.
• If you wish to attend the Annual SMA Conference intended for individuals living with SMA, their families, and caregivers, please select this add-on.
• Please note that join Annual SMA Conference and Annual SMA Research & Clinical Care Meeting events such as the Meet & Greet and Family Friendly Poster Session do not require this add-on to attend. 

What is the discounted room rate at the Disneyland Grand Californian?

• Attendees of the Research & Clinical Care Meeting will provided a link upon completing registration to reserve your room at the Disneyland Grand Californian. The special room rate for registered conference attendees is $380 a night plus taxes and fees. 

Are refunds provided for registration if I cannot attend?

• Starting in December 2024, all attendees paying for registration will be charged the processing fees related to the purchase. This applies to registration fees of all types. This fee is not refundable in any circumstances (including errors, refunds, discounts applied later, etc.). 
• The deadline for refund requests is May 2, 2025 (refunds will NOT include transaction fees). Refund requests will not be considered after this date. 
• Any requests for transfers or swaps will not be honored. 

Are attendees of the Research & Clinical Care Meeting able to utilize the children's program?

• Please note, the Children's Program offered for Community Conference Attendees is NOT available for Research & Clinical Care attendees and their families due to the large volume of community conference attendees. 
• Additional family members do need to be registered for the Community Conference to be able to attend any of the Community Conference events, such as the Meet & Greet, Family Friendly Poster Session, PJ Party and other special events! Please contact conference@curesma.org for further information. 

Will Cure SMA be offering CME/CE credit at the meeting?

• Yes, the clinical care session of the Research & Clinical Care Meeting will offer CME/CE credits. More information to come.
